Favourite graffiti

I walked past this the other day on my to the big 24 hour tesco, i think it was done by my friend mike. I really like that the two wee delinquents are peering down on passers by from above and overseeing all the other graffiti going up on the wall.

Seven Deadly Sins

I went out and took some photographs of my angry summer project from university in the park the other day. I quite like how they turned out.

Snow

It snowed again as I was walking home last night and it was still on the ground when I got up. The sky looks so beautiful and clear. I've been sitting at my window all morning, watching smoke rise from a flat across the road. I wish I had a better lense on my camera so I could take a picture of how still the water is.

Bear

My bear print that is up in Aberdeen just now.
It's exciting to think that someone might buy it. then again, how many folk would want a little blue bear on their walls? He's a little bit lonesome, I think I might have to sort him out with a house or a friend or something.

El Perro Del Mar

I just stumbled across a video from El Perro Del Mar by animator and illustrator Åsa Arnehed. She has some really nice work on her website.

This chap from the video is my favourite.

El Perro Del Mar also has a blog full of similarly lovely things here.

Jean Luc Godard film drawing

Omar by me

Henri by Euan

Euan and I's film drawings from 'La Chinoise'
Drawing from films is much harder than you would think.

New bag, courtousy of Ebay.
I'm excited for it to arrive, it should be here by Thursday but thats far too far away!
Tonight Danielle and I are having a drawing club in the studio. We're getting a film to put on the projector and stocking up on some sweets and drawing whatever we fancy. Its a nice change from briefs and having to do set things. Hopefully if we come up with anything good we'll make it into a wee zine or something.

Each is to represent how I feel on certain 'colour days'.

Matthew Hams

I just saw illustrator Matthew Hams work over on the it's nice that blog. He has some really nice bits and pieces on his website.
I liked this storm in a teacup (teapot) best.

Sperm donor baby

These are images for an editorial project at uni about sperm donors.
It's mostly done in photoshop which made quite a nice change from just drawing. Though it probably took twice as long to finish because I don't really have a clue what I'm doing when it comes to computers.
